About this space
Balcony Suite is our middle sized partly private room. This room has its own bar area in it and can seat up to 30 people comfortably.
The large windows make the room feel open and is home to floods of natural light. The view again is or the golf course and beyond to Leeds.
Perfect for private dining or conferences but this room isn't completely private as it's Bar area looks through to 'The View.
This room seating style is more commonly Boardroom or three ovals but can also have theatre or casual seating.

Meeting room use for up to 5 hours.
Unlimited refreshments; tea, coffee and water.
Use of our equipment, including flipcharts and pens, projector screen (not projector) and extension leads.
Free car parking
Unlimited high speed WIFI use.
The £25 daily rate includes a sandwiches and chips lunch as standard. (Upgrades are available)

£20 per delegate for half-day/morning conferences.
£25 per delegate for a full-day conference - including a basic lunch package.
We offer golf conference packages:
£35 per delegate for half day:
- Meeting room use for up to 5 hours.

- Use of our equipment.
- Choice of breakout time on the driving range or on our par 3 course, a 45-minute session with all equipment provided.
£55 per delegate for full day: Meeting room use for the full day.
- Breakfast sandwiches on arrival and sandwiches and chips for lunch as standard (upgrades available).
- Use of our equipment.
- Breakout sessions on both Par 3 and driving range at different times of the day. 2 x 45-minute sessions, all equipment provided.

Host rules
- Confirmation of Booking – once you have made a definite decision to hold your function at the Manor Golf Club and you are happy with all the costs and commitments, we require a non-refundable deposit of £100.
- In the event of cancellation by you for whatever reason and irrespective of timescale; deposits are non-refundable. Written & signed confirmation of cancellation must be supplied by you. In addition, a late cancellation charge of 25% of the total cost of the function will be charged to you for cancellations less than 1 month prior to the confirmed date.
