Host rules

- Confirmation of Booking – once you have made a definite decision to hold your function at the Manor Golf Club and you are happy with all the costs and commitments, we require a non-refundable deposit of £100.

- In the event of cancellation by you for whatever reason and irrespective of timescale; deposits are non-refundable. Written & signed confirmation of cancellation must be supplied by you. In addition, a late cancellation charge of 25% of the total cost of the function will be charged to you for cancellations less than 1 month prior to the confirmed date.
