About this space
High Gardens is one of our Main function rooms at The Manor.
This room comfortably seats 70 guests.
This room is the perfect private space for 20-70 guests to meet and dine in.
It has access to a side lawn via 3 different patio doors and one emergency exit. These provide plenty of natural light and of course a beautiful view across the Golf Course.
The room fits any type of seating for conferences, large oval tables or rectangles. Seating in boardroom style, horseshoe, theatre style or just individual tables- please speak to the team upon booking to discuss your preferred layout.
This room can also be made bigger with a sliding wall separating 'The View' and 'High Gardens' making it the 'High View Suite'

- Meeting room use for up to 5 hours.

- Use of our equipment, including flipcharts and pens, projector screen (not projector) and extension leads.

- The £25 daily rate includes a sandwiches and chips lunch as standard. (Upgrades are available)

£20 per delegate for half-day/morning conferences.
£25 per delegate for a full-day conference - including a basic lunch package.
We offer golf conference packages:
£35 per delegate for half day:
- Meeting room use for up to 5 hours.

- Use of our equipment.
- Choice of breakout time on the driving range or on our par 3 course, a 45-minute session with all equipment provided.
£55 per delegate for full day: Meeting room use for the full day.
- Breakfast sandwiches on arrival and sandwiches and chips for lunch as standard (upgrades available).
- Use of our equipment.
- Breakout sessions on both Par 3 and driving range at different times of the day. 2 x 45-minute sessions, all equipment provided.

Host rules
- Confirmation of Booking – once you have made a definite decision to hold your function at the Manor Golf Club and you are happy with all the costs and commitments, we require a non-refundable deposit of £100.
- In the event of cancellation by you for whatever reason and irrespective of timescale; deposits are non-refundable. Written & signed confirmation of cancellation must be supplied by you. In addition, a late cancellation charge of 25% of the total cost of the function will be charged to you for cancellations less than 1 month prior to the confirmed date.
