Polished concrete floors and exposed structural steel create an authentic industrial backdrop, while a large roll-up loading door provides easy ground-level access for equipment and event setup.

To ensure a safe, successful, and compliant event, all renters and vendors must strictly adhere to the following house rules:
Booking Time & Overtime:
• Your reservation window MUST cover your entire setup, event duration, and teardown/cleanup time.
• Early entry is not permitted. Late departures will be billed automatically at 1.5x our standard hourly rate in 30-minute increments.
Alcohol & Catering:
• Outside food, catering, and food trucks are completely welcome!
• BYO Alcohol is permitted for private events, but all alcohol MUST be opened, poured, and managed by a licensed and insured professional bartending service. Self-service bars or serving minors is strictly prohibited.
Music, Noise & Decorations:
• DJs, live bands, and loud music are allowed inside the building. However, in compliance with local noise ordinances, music volume must be kept at a reasonable indoor level and windows/doors must remain shut.
• Prohibited Decor: Glitter, confetti, smoke/fog machines, open flames (candles must be enclosed in glass), and any tape or nails that damage the walls or floors are strictly forbidden. Use of these items will forfeit your security deposit.
Cleanup & Trash Policy:
• Unless you purchase our Professional Cleaning Add-on, the space must be returned in the exact condition it was received.
• All decorations, personal belongings, and outside vendor gear must be removed at the end of your booking block.
• All trash must be bagged, tied, and deposited into our designated on-site commercial dumpster before you vacate.
Liability & Damage Deposit:
• A refundable security deposit or credit card authorization is required prior to check-in.
• The primary renter assumes full financial responsibility for any physical damage caused to the walls, floors, restrooms, or roll-up doors by guests or contracted vendors during the booking window.
