At Park Place, we offer our banquet hall for rent for weddings, showers, memorials, corporate events, and more. Located in Dearborn, MI, the space accommodates up to 250 guests and includes tables and chairs. With flexible rental options and a convenient location, our hall provides a spacious setting for any event.
Prices
If choosing one of our catering menus, setup, waitstaff, china, silverware, linens, and cleanup are included.
Sunday–Thursday: $200/hour (4-hour minimum = $800 minimum spend on room hire alone)
Friday & Saturday: $300/hour (5-hour minimum = $1,500 minimum spend on room hire alone)
Catering Menus. For our catering menus, there is no additional room charge fee for having an on-site event.
The minimum would depend on your menu choice and guest count. For example:
Luncheon (2 entrées): On-site $27/person, Off-site $22/person
Dinner (3 entrées): On-site $34/person, Off-site $29/person
Wedding Package. We also have a wedding package listed below.
Sun–Thu: On-site $36/person, Off-site $31/person
Friday: On-site $39/person, Off-site $34/person
Saturday: On-site $41/person, Off-site $36/person
So your total minimum cost would be:

Host rules
- Smoking is not permitted inside the building.
- Events must remain within our maximum capacity of 250 guests and are scheduled for a standard duration of 4 hours, with additional time available at an extra charge.
- A deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- Clients are responsible for any damages that occur during their event.
- Music volume must adhere to local noise ordinances, particularly in the evening.
- Decorations may not be taped, nailed, or pinned to walls or ceilings.
- Confetti and glitter are not allowed, as they create excessive mess and may result in additional cleaning fees.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
