The basement venue has a great vibe with the most accomidatung service stuff. They are ready to help in any way possible in order to make the event a success. We had a small misunderstanding with the times but the manager was open to discuss and we ended up finding a compremise that worked for all. We had a private party/celebration. We brought our own music and everyone was impressed by the venue.

The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Perfect Gem in Oxford Circus, the staff couldn't have done more and they are really are credit to this place. They loved to help make our event special and were serving drinks at the bar with a smile but also drinks were made to perfection. Planning for the party went smooth with Craig as he supported all of my ideas and his communication had been excellent.We pre-ordered finger bites and a prosecco to welcome guest and it was delicious aswell as beautifully presented. On the night we had Serge managing and he was so proactive and every minute until the end (2am!) We had a blast ,the party was such a success we want an excuse for another one there!

Booked the venue for 80+ people for a 30th birthday/engagement drinks. Everyone had a brilliant time. The DJ they provided was friendly and played good music. The staff were very helpful throughout the night with the catering and assisting with the birthday cake. Jessye was communicative in the build up to and after the event. Would definitely recommend!

The venue was really fun and perfectly suited to a birthday party ! Considering the location and that it can hold up to 100 people it is super good value for money. The light up floor has been replaced since the photographs were taken but I think it's even better now and definitely the main attraction of the room. My first point of contact was Audrey, who answered all my many questions in a timely fashion and gave me all the information I needed. They were also really helpful in setting up a venue visit beforehand and had a phone call with me beforehand so I felt very prepared and calm ahead of the party. On the actual night, all the staff were really lovely and accommodating (with the exception of the bouncer). They let my friends and I come early to set up with decoration and provided all the things we needed. The manager and host both met with us beforehand and were really nice and on hand to give all the help we required. We also had someone on the Room 2 door who did an incredible job of making sure only people on the guest list came into the party. We also had our own bar staff who were also great. As a whole, I would definitely recommend this venue!
