Anniversary Party Venues Hire Guide

Tips and tricks for organising an anniversary party in London:

  • How about a blast from the past? Go back to when it all started. If the two of you met (or the company started) in the West End, search for anniversary venues in Soho, Mayfair, or Covent Garden. To top it all off, why not prepare playlists with your favourite smash hits from that era. Because of such, hopefully warm and mutual, recollections, little touches like this will give the event an extra sentimental touch and make the celebration especially meaningful.
  • Use the number of years being celebrated as the theme of the anniversary party. If it’s been a decade, put 10 candles on the cake, provide 10 kinds of drinks and snacks or display a slideshow with 10 special highlights.
  • Check in advance to ensure the anniversary venue has all the necessary features, such as audiovisual equipment or parking spaces. Once it’s all sorted out, you will be free to focus entirely on celebrating your special anniversary.

Tagvenue is sure to have something that suits your particular requirements. So what are you waiting for? Why not tee for yourself how easy it is to book a lovely anniversary party venue in London today?

FAQs about Anniversary Party Venues in London

How much does it cost to hire an anniversary party venue in London?

Expect to find venues in London charging hire fees between £50 and £400 per hour. If you are looking to book the event space on a per session or per day basis, the price may increase. What are the best anniversary party venues in London?

We have many fantastic venues in London that are available for anniversaries, whether they are personal or professional. Check a few of our top recommendations:

  • The Hyatt Place's immaculate orangery offers the warmth of natural light in a cosy environment for up to 16 guests. If you're looking for a location that offers a relaxed, natural setting for your anniversary party, this place might be ideal.

When should I send the invitations for my anniversary party?

Unlike a romantic anniversary for two people, a corporate anniversary or an anniversary celebration with your closest people is more likely to include a full guest list. It's best to send out invitations to the anniversary party to those individuals 6 to 8 weeks before the event since you want them to make sure they add it to their schedules as soon as possible.

Booked The Glass Room at The Glasshouse
Fabulous venue for a party, the staff are very accomodating moving the tables as required for our event and we were very well looked after throughout. The private function room is nicely contained with its own facilities and very pretty lighting. There is also a lovely outside area we could spill out on to with our own bar kiosk. The pizzas are delicious too and the staff staggered the buffet expertly. The pub is well located too being opposite the station.

Booked The Fishing Smack at Boathouse Studios, Barking
Catered for just what we needed. We celebrated a surprise 45th wedding anniversary for my parents. From the beginning the communication was so quick and easy using the tag venue app. Julie and Shadene were amazing from the get go! Showing the venue, leading up to the day, on the day, all the way to the end. We had a little area to get ready in after setting up everything and saved my life with an iron!! Parking facility is a plus with lots of spaces. Nisa across the road for any last minute things. Sound on the speaker amazing and had a Bluetooth mic! Cute fairy lights along the unique brick wall of the hall which we did the balloon arch and took pictures. They offered loads of other things to help for the day and you can just tell them to add or not. Amazing amazing amazing!! Thank you Boathouse studios. We recommend them 100%!!

Booked The Gallery at JOAN
We used the Gallery Space and it was stunning. The food was excellent standard (particularly when you consider that they catered for 80). Organisation was pretty good and they tried their best to accommodate any requests - such a dietary requirements and drinks packages. They did all the clear up at the end and it was fantastic that we had the venue all day to set up and until 2:30am. Another plus is that this venue does not charge for hire and the minimum spend is very reasonable. All in all, I would 100% recommend Joan and would book again in the future.

Booked The Winchester Room at The Turks Head
Everything! Ollie and the whole team were so brilliant, going above and beyond to help before, during and after the day. Catering was really good too, catering for all kinds of allergies and preferences The lights and set up were a big plus, a lot of other venues you would have had to hire them additionally but all included in the cost

Brilliant venue, great location, cool vibe and super friendly staff, from security to bar staff. Cocktails were fantastic and the bar had an efficient ordering/ payment system that meant no one was waiting too long. Held a lot of parties in London and this has been one of my favourites. We had a wonderful party!

Booked NoSuchPlace Private Speakeasy at No Such Place
- The location is amazing. - The venue itself looks fantastic even with no windows (basement) and we had a lot of people coming to us to ask where we found it. - The venue already comes with sofas and chairs and can be arranged to your liking. There are also a lot of glasses, some utensils and plates. - The greeter (freelancer, not sure of her name but I think it was Anna) was superb, really saved our event when a crisis happened (see negatives).
