About this space

1/2 Grand Saloon Booking is a Dining Room in Paris Texas defined by continuous high‑backed leather banquettes that form semi‑private booth seating.

Design: The interior pairs exposed brick walls and timber ceiling beams with warm wood flooring and arched integrated lighting that runs the room. Large windows and a high ceiling keep the space bright and visually open.

Features: The area includes in‑room Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and plentiful natural light from street‑facing windows. The layout provides direct proximity to the venue bar and a mix of fixed and freestanding tables that can be arranged for seated dining.

Ideal for: This semi‑private section suits intimate to mid‑sized groups seeking a relaxed, seated dining experience where conversation can be partly contained.

What guests say: The space is bright and comfortable during quieter periods, with a pleasant patio and attentive bar staff at times. The space can be crowded and noisy during busy shifts, and service consistency and small washrooms have been reported as drawbacks.
