About this space
The venue presents a series of apartment-scale rooms with white walls, wooden floors and neutral finishes that read clean and minimal on camera. Low partitions and domestic ceiling heights create compact, flexible sets with controllable interior light and daylight where required.
Room features: The venue supplies PA speakers for music or playback and venue-wide Wi-Fi for tethered shooting and file transfer. Accessible toilets and step-free access support inclusive production needs.
Best for: Bridal getting-ready sessions, portrait and editorial photography, and small-scale video or film shoots.
What sets it apart: Two separate studio rooms plus a darker 'green room' and a dedicated waiting area provide multiple ready-made looks without changing location.

Parking
- Do not park on the side of the building; this area is reserved for the gym below us. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
- Free street parking is available around the block. A Green P parking lot is located one block north at Runnymede and Dundas.
Entrance
- Address: 289 Saint Johns Road, Unit 2
- The entrance is on Runnymede, just south of Saint Johns Road. Look for the door branded with "Scandaleuse."
- There is one flight of stairs and no elevator access.
Additional Time
- You must vacate the studio by the end of your booking. Staying beyond your reserved time will result in a minimum fee of $41.40. We recommend setting an alarm 15–20 minutes before your session ends to allow time for cleanup.
- Additional time is charged at 1.5 times our hourly rate, billable in 30-minute increments.
- If you need extra time, contact us at least one hour before your booking ends. We are happy to extend your time if possible.

Coffee and Tea
- You are welcome to use our electric kettle and espresso machine with a steamer.
- Tea, coffee, sugar, and oat milk are provided.
Respecting the Space
- Treat the space as you would your own home. Return furniture and decor to their original spots.
- If you break something, you will be responsible for replacing it. Our furniture and decor are carefully curated, so please handle them with care.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To support sustainability, we provide real dishes, cutlery, reusable hand towels, and cleaning cloths. We do not supply paper towels and have very limited single-use cups.
After Your Booking
- Close all windows and turn off all lights.
- If used, turn off the AC unit.
- Lock the patio door.
- Press the lock icon on the smart lock before leaving.
