About this space
Studio Plus Four offers over 1,600sq. ft. of refined industrial space with abundant natural light.
Our photo studio space features 16ft high ceilings and 25’ x 14’ cyc wall, a wainscoting wall, polished concrete flooring, as well as modern furnishings.
Equipped with a private ground floor loading dock, the studio is ideal for all types of creative, commercial projects, and private events.

Please leave enough time prior to the end of your booking to wrap up and clean up as those are included in your booking time and should not extend beyond your booking time. The same goes for prep and setup time.
NO Alcohol.
Smoking (including recreational drugs) in the studio is not permitted.
If any member of your party comes intoxicated, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the studio.
Please keep the music and noise to a reasonable volume.
The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time.
IMPORTANT RULES TO KEEP IN MIND WHEN USING THE CYCLORAMA
• Don’t step on the curved part as it might be easily broken. Make sure there is enough space between your subject and the wall. (An arm's length away from the curve would be the ideal distance)
• Don’t drag furniture, stands, tripods, or other heavy equipment. Instead, lift and carry over carefully not to scratch the cyclorama.
• Avoid eating or drinking near the cyclorama to avoid food stains.
• Please note that standard rent is for cyclorama AS IS. With at least 1 week notice, the cyclorama wall can be repainted. Please contact us before adding this service.
