• No open flames. Candles must be in enclosed holders
• Nothing taped, nailed or stuck to the walls, ceiling or drapes
• Set-up, tear-down and vendor drop-off must fit inside your booked hours. All décor and rentals leave with you
• Guests must leave by the end of the booking. Overtime is charged at the hourly rate
• Anyone under 19 must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Use the main entrance only. Other units in the building are off-limits
• Damage to the space or furniture will be charged to the booker
