• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the venue.
• Outside alcohol is not permitted. All alcoholic beverages must be supplied and served through the venue in accordance with applicable liquor licensing requirements.
• Outside catering and food vendors are permitted with prior approval.
• DJs, live entertainment, amplified music, specialty equipment, and event production must be approved in advance.
• Decorations and installations must receive prior approval. Nothing may be permanently attached to walls, ceilings, fixtures, or other venue surfaces.
• Confetti, glitter, open flames, candles, smoke machines, and similar materials or effects require prior approval.
• Any damage to the venue, furniture, equipment, fixtures, or property resulting from the booking may result in additional charges.
• All guests and vendors must comply with venue capacity limits, fire and life-safety requirements, liquor regulations, and staff instructions.
• Guests must respect neighbouring properties and applicable noise requirements.
• Setup, deliveries, event time, and breakdown must take place within the confirmed booking period unless additional access has been arranged in advance.
• Outside vendors, contractors, photographers, production crews, and specialty equipment must be disclosed and approved prior to the event.
• Illegal substances, weapons, dangerous activities, and unlawful conduct are strictly prohibited.
• The individual or organization making the booking is responsible for ensuring their guests and vendors comply with all venue rules.
