Host rules
• All bookings must end at the scheduled end time. Additional time may be subject to overtime fees and availability.
• Guests must leave the space in the same condition it was received. Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
• No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances inside the building.
• No open flames, candles, sparklers, fireworks, pyrotechnics, or fog/smoke machines without prior approval.
• No confetti, glitter, powder cannons, gender reveal powders, or similar materials that are difficult to clean.
• Decorations may not be nailed, stapled, screwed, or permanently attached to walls, mirrors, floors, or fixtures.
• Furniture and equipment may be moved with care but must be returned to their original locations before departure.
• Music must be kept at a reasonable level and comply with local noise regulations.
• Guests are responsible for the conduct of all attendees, vendors, contractors, and service providers associated with their booking.
• Any damage to the space, furniture, equipment, mirrors, walls, washrooms, or common areas will be charged to the booking party.
• Alcohol is permitted only if all applicable laws and permits are followed. The booking party is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No loitering in hallways, stairwells, parking areas, or other shared building spaces.
• Please respect neighboring businesses and building occupants when arriving and departing.
• All personal belongings, decorations, food, and equipment must be removed at the end of the booking.
• The host reserves the right to end a booking without refund if house rules are violated or if unsafe, illegal, or disruptive activities occur.
• Maximum occupancy limits must be observed at all times.
• By booking the space, guests agree to assume responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from their use of the venue.
