The space accommodates up to 25 guests and features full-length mirrors, a Bluetooth sound system, high ceilings, LED lighting, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Guests also enjoy free parking, elevator access, change rooms, and washrooms. Tables and chairs are available upon request. Conveniently located just minutes from Highway 427 and the QEW, the North Room is available for flexible hourly rentals, whether you need a one-time booking or a recurring space.

Host rules
• Rental time includes setup and cleanup. Please book enough time for both.
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the venue.
• No candles, incense, fireworks, confetti, glitter, smoke machines, or bubble machines.
• No pets unless approved in advance.
• No tap shoes or activities that may damage the floors.
• Do not attach decorations to walls, mirrors, windows, or ceilings with nails, screws, tape, command strips, or suction cups.
• Please treat mirrors, floors, and equipment with care. Guests are responsible for any damage.
• Keep music at a respectful volume and follow all building noise regulations.
• Return furniture and equipment to their original locations before leaving.
• Dispose of all garbage and leave the space in the same condition it was found.
• Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Alcohol is only allowed with the required permits and prior approval.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Free parking is available for guests. Please park only in designated areas.
• Studio Hub is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.
• Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
