Rules of the space

Host rules

No smoking, vaping, cannabis, alcohol, or recreational drugs are permitted anywhere in the studio.
Grip socks are mandatory for anyone using the Pilates equipment.
All guests must be 18 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Renters must use the space only for the approved booking purpose.
Pilates equipment may only be used safely and appropriately. Renters are responsible for ensuring that anyone using the equipment has the proper knowledge, supervision, or instruction.
Equipment must not be moved, adjusted, or removed from the room without prior approval from Serenev staff.
Shoes are not permitted on Pilates equipment.
No food, open drinks, oils, candles, glitter, confetti, paint, or messy materials are permitted in the room.
Music and noise must be kept at a respectful level, as the room is located inside an active studio.
Filming or photography is permitted only inside the rented space. Guests may not film or photograph other clients, staff, classes, or common areas without approval.
Any use of the Serenev name, logo, branding, or studio image for promotional purposes must be approved in advance.
The renter is responsible for returning the room to its original condition before the end of the booking.
Any damage to equipment, props, floors, mirrors, walls, or studio property may result in additional charges.
Booking time must include setup, cleanup, and pack-up. Guests may not enter before their booked time or stay past their booking end time unless approved.
Maximum guest count must be approved in advance and cannot be exceeded.
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals.
All bookings are subject to approval to ensure the use of the space aligns with the studio environment and protects the equipment.
