Host rules
•All bookings are for private events and must adhere to the agreed charter time. Boarding and disembarkation must be completed within the reserved time.
• A professional captain and crew will be present at all times, and all guests must follow crew instructions for safety.
• Maximum guest capacity must be respected at all times in accordance with safety regulations.
• No smoking is permitted inside the cabin. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel or its equipment during the charter.
• Outside catering and beverages may be permitted upon prior approval.
• Decorations are allowed but must be approved in advance. Confetti, glitter, and open flames are not permitted.
• Music is permitted; however, volume must comply with local noise regulations and marina guidelines.
• The charter may be rescheduled or adjusted in the event of unsafe weather conditions for safety reasons.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
