Host rules
The Client is responsible for any damage to the Venue's property during the event. Any damages to the property will be assessed and charged to the credit card provided. Once the damages are assessed, the Client hereby agrees to the charges for any and all damages made to the property within 48 hours of the assessment.
No smoking or vaping, no outside drinks, no alcohol after 2am—any of which may include additional fees for cleaning or damages to the business.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day
