No. Under the Dry Hire package, a caterer must supply the food, drinks, cutlery, glassware, crockery and staff.
No. External food may only be brought in through a qualified food preparation company. They must have public liability insurance, risk assessments, food handling certificates and go through the hotel's approval process, due to Health and Safety concerns for guests attending and consuming unregulated food.
