A vibrant and collaborative community of small, independent businesses occupying an old lace workshop in the centre of Hockley, Nottingham.
The former workshop is based over three floors of approximately 2500qft each. The ground floor is a large events space with stage and outdoor garden catering for 150+ people for events. The site is fully licensed with its own bar "Laceworks". During the day KAWFEE coffee run a pop up speciality coffee house which turns into the Laceworks bar in the evening. The building has been restored by local creatives and has an abundance of murals, artwork and original industrial features giving it a ruin bar meets industrial vibe.
The ground floor can be completely hired out for events providing indoor and outdoor space with the rear garden and side courtyard. The side courtyard has power capacity for pop up catering and events trailers which the venue regularly organises.

Yes, mixed seating and standing are available; the venue has a raised deck with sofas, a mix of high and low tables, and can clear an area to act as a dance floor/standing area.
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
