Size of the room, decor and location. Good AV equipment for presentation.
Having to queue for a very slow communal coffee-machine. Meeting was delayed by 15 minutes. Ordered buffet lunch but no cutlery and the plates provided were small saucers for coffee cups - not actual plates. Didn't go well with my MD. Wifi was very slow.
