It was my first time hosting an event so I was nervous about how to plan everything and where to start, but Magda and her team were amazing! They provided me with all the information I needed to put my little one's first birthday together. The venue was beautifully arranged, tidy, and my guests really enjoyed the party. A big thank you to Magda and her team - none of this would have been possible without you guys 🫶

Magda wasn’t reachable by phone, so I had to send several emails before another staff member (Shay) finally responded, only to go silent again. When I first inquired with my event dates and times, I couldn't proceed with the booking without paying the full amount upfront, even though the website mentioned only a deposit (of 250) was needed. There was confusion with invoices as well; I received two invoices from Magda for my booking and deposit, even though I had already paid. I would have expected an invoice for the additional hours I requested, not a new invoice requesting full charges again. I informed Magda that I had already paid online and only needed to cover the extra hours. I also mentioned I would wait for a refund before making any further payments. The hall was smaller than expected, with a dirty sink in the main area. The bathroom was cluttered with tables and potties, even though there was a storage room available—one potty even had liquid (either water or urine) in it. I had to move the tables to the storage room myself to make the bathroom look tidy and presentable for my guests. Also no parking onsite!!!
