• Please keep music to reasonable levels
• Breakages, destruction of property and leaving the premises in a reasonably clean state will be charged for (this may exceed the deposit fee)
• £250 deposit required per booking.
• Venue should be cleaned after use, otherwise £100 will be deducted from deposit as cleaning fee.
• Any damages will be deducted from deposit, with administration fees and replacement cost added.
• Any damages above the deposit value to be billed after deductions to the deposit.
