Damien was very lovely and welcoming, even helped me to unpack my car as I was on my own. The venue was great and easily accessible, no parking directly outside the venue but free street parking available on weekends so that was fine. I used the studio to host a bento cake party for my birthday, the kitchen was well equipped and appliances were easy to use. Booked for the whole day and had more than enough time to set up and set down, would definitely use this venue again.
There was only one tray in the oven so I had to cook my food separately but wasn’t too much of an issue. My guests also did find the venue a bit hard to find but again this was easily rectified.

Great space - spacious, clean, well located and has all the amenities you need. There's a handy little room that can be used for storage. Damien and the team were super helpful!
Door stop for the storage room would be useful as the door is quite heavy to hold!

At Chocolate Studios we provide a range of 4 beautifully designed studios set within a converted warehouse. Perfect for events, photography and video shoots, workshops, meetings, and much more.

All our spaces have light floor-to-ceiling warehouse windows, the original features of the building such as the exposed brick, beams for that warehouse aesthetic and feel. We used beautiful natural reclaimed materials to refurbish our spaces and furnished them with vintage furniture as we believe that would business should be both beautiful and sustainable.

Our spaces range in size and features, giving the user a perfectly curated experience that fits their needs.

All our studios are self-contained with bathroom, and kitchen/kitchenette giving the client the freedom to create and work without outside disturbances.

FAQ

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
