Reclaimed oak flooring and soft natural light create a warm, inviting atmosphere – perfect for brand activations, photography, filming, wellness events, or creative workshops. This venue connects through to the Library and Lounge, with room for up to five people, this cozy space offers all the amenities you need, including its own bathroom. This room is suitable for shooting interviews, as a meeting room, a breakout room, changing or make up room and so much more. Furnished with vintage pieces, it adds character to any event.

Great, versatile space. Plenty of seats and seat pads. Projector was great with HDMI link. 3 toilets, kitchen area with table, another lounge. Lots of props, accessories if needed. 3 doors to get through all with different codes, but you can lock one of them open.
No speaker system but that’s my fault for not requesting it. Make sure you ask for what’s needed.

I recently hired this venue for my engagement celebration, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The space was beautifully presented, well-maintained, and provided the perfect set up for our special day. The host was professional, accommodating, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. All our guests were impressed with the setting, and it truly contributed to making the occasion memorable. The only suggestion I would offer is to consider extending the booking hours beyond 10pm, as it would have been lovely to continue the celebrations a bit longer. Overall, I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a stylish and well-run space for their event. Thank you for helping make our day so special!
No parking at the venue location, but street parking available after 6.3opm around the area.

Damien was super helpful and lovely, provided us with extra seating etc and showed us where everything was at the beginning of the booking. The room was the perfect size for what we needed, the lighting was great too.

About Chocolate Studios

At Chocolate Studios we provide a range of 4 beautifully designed studios set within a converted warehouse. Perfect for events, photography and video shoots, workshops, meetings, and much more.

All our spaces have light floor-to-ceiling warehouse windows, the original features of the building such as the exposed brick, beams for that warehouse aesthetic and feel. We used beautiful natural reclaimed materials to refurbish our spaces and furnished them with vintage furniture as we believe that would business should be both beautiful and sustainable.

Our spaces range in size and features, giving the user a perfectly curated experience that fits their needs.

All our studios are self-contained with bathroom, and kitchen/kitchenette giving the client the freedom to create and work without outside disturbances.
