The only good thing about this venue was the hall space
The staff was not helpful at all, unprofessional. We had to pay £30 per hour extra for security which included the cleaning after we were just told that we only had to put everything in black bags but the security people were just rude and did not want to help. They said that the cleaning people were not hired so we would have to do it and the speakers was not working when I had emailed the day or two before to make sure that I could connect to the speakers as it was a mendhi event I was told via email by the events team I had to speak to the security on site for help, they did not help at all and said it was not their job to do when I had it in writing. The toilets were not clean and it was smelly.

Size and facilities were really good. Very clean. Staff professional.
The echo you get from the hall which is originally a basket ball is so pronounced that music from speakers or live performances can have sound issues.
