In terms of the actual hall venue it was stunning and fit our needs perfectly no complaints here toilets were also clean and close by.
My rating would have been a 5 star however there were a fee reasons I was disappointed mainly due to staff. 1. There was a mishap with the hot plates we brought our own but accidentally took two of the hot plates from the venue however the way I was treated despite rectifying this and bringing these back in an uber was appalling. I had received a call 2 days after the event claiming these hadn’t been returned and was met with quite a lot of attitude despite the receptionist on the other end of the call being incorrect. Next time better communication needs to happen between colleagues in the venue before being rude to guests. This was not the first time I called and was met with extreme rudeness by this particular lady. 2. I was not given a point of contact for the upcoming event nor given any information on who to speak to for my enquiries. When I would call I would be told the right person to speak with was off work. I would have appreciated much better hospitality and a team of staff to check in and make sure we were okay and if there was anything that I needed help with ahead of the venue booking. Finally there seemed to be a bit of construction happening on the day which was a little inconvenient for our guests and this did make unpacking our things out of the cars a little difficult

The cleanliness, the quality and aesthetics of the place. They were very accommodating and having access to the kitchen helped loads!!

Clean bright and well maintained venue. Management and staff were friendly and helpful throughout and gave all the assistance we needed. No cooking , but heating up facilities at venue. Cooking facility will have made the experience perfect, however we made full use of the heating up facilities.
This is not a dislike, as we fully respected this position, but due to Kosher only food , we were unable to use some of the the cooking equipment. This could have been remedied if we had brought our own bowls / cooking trays
