Really lovely team who couldn't do enough for us ahead of the event, including allowing us to bring some of our own food. The room was perfect, we were able to bring a dj and decorate as we pleased. We also ordered some food from the kitchen which was lovely and all the guests enjoyed. Would definitely book again!
The staff were a little unorganised - we had to call the bartender upstairs to serve after half our guests had already arrived and later in the night they ran out of several mixers such as tonic. We were served Gin and soda water with no explanation or apology, I think they hoped we wouldn't notice and still charged us the same price!
She’s been great!!!!
Great food and hospitality
Very friendly and quick to respond to enquiries. Adapted their offering to our wedding needs and very good value! Thank you Roxy!
About The Honor Oak
Legend has it that Elizabeth 1st picnicked under the tree on her way to Lewisham in 1602. The impact the vertical garden has on the sound, light, heat and overall feel of the pub is amazing.
Previous visitors will also find recent notable improvements to the beer range, food, gardens and décor. A performance and private hire space has been created upstairs as a daily program of events have been programmed which includes community workshops to DJ, live music, jazz and jam sessions.
