The Gallery Bar at Dirty Martini St. Paul's

Good location with good party vibe.

We needed a much more private space. I wasn't aware that there were holes in the wall leading into the main bar, with no ability to shutter them off, or close a door, which meant it was really hard to hear the presentations. Also the ceiling was lower than I had been told which meant that we couldn't use our full event set up. I'm also not confident you could fit 50 people in that area standing as we were very cramped with just 25 people therefore I think 50 people is false advertising.

Lots of good communication, helpful staff on the night, food was good and had area to ourselves as advertised. There were a few orders made on the bar tab that shouldn’t have been but staff were good at sorting that out for us.

Only one: we were told we would be able to turn music down/off (so people could speak/we could give a couple of speeches for our launch) but was still v loud and we had comments afterwards from our guests about it.

The venue was great, all the communication with Anjali before hand was great. The manager on the day and our bar tender Laura made the evening brilliant ! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a private space for some drinks/party!

Loved everything! Bartender was super sweet and professional. The manager was always there to assist with anything. More than enough drinks for everyone for the whole night.

Not a negative, just something to know for the future clients. The venue doesn’t provide any forks or knives, of which they did not inform us. But we told them we’re bringing a cake, eating which was quite an interesting situation.
