About Liverpool Innovation Park
Liverpool Innovation Park (LIP) is a major business park approximately 2 miles from Liverpool City Centre situated off Edge Lane – the key arterial route into the City Centre from the M62. LIP is located next to The Depot (a new film production facility) and the proposed Liverpool Film Studios development.
LIP is configured around a central hub offering a range of informal and formal meeting/breakout facilities, plus its own coffee shop/café. In addition, LIP is also home to the recently refurbished JD Gym, a Costa Coffee outlet and a new Travelodge plus it is situated next to The Range shopping park.
We provide a range of meeting rooms and conference facilities to suit the requirements of any business, large or small.
