Staff were wonderful and communications were clear. The person who was available to provide drinks during our event was also really sweet with the children who were present which is very appreciated.

We hired the Tasting room at the Black Lodge for my daughter’s 16th birthday party. The room accommodated 20 guests comfortably. We were able to connect a phone to the speaker system to play music and we did our own catering. The staff at the Black Lodge were very helpful and happy to assist with anything we needed.

Very poor communication
It’s really hard to use this way to message . Messenger or what’s app is so much easier . You have to search for these messages and it’s so easy to forget it’s tagvenue !
