ChapelFortyNine is a multi-purpose events space located just off Cardigan Road in Burley, Leeds. Despite its name and original purpose, ChapelFortyNine is not affiliated with any religion. Instead, it now serves as a welcoming venue for groups, classes, meetings, and events from every walk of life.

With flexible hiring terms and a capacity for up to 100 standing, 65 seated, or 30 class-based participants, ChapelFortyNine can be configured in a variety of different ways and can accommodate a diverse range of events including classes, meetings, workshops, private celebrations, exhibitions, and more.

ChapelFortyNine offers easy access by train, bus, and car. It’s just a 2-minute walk from Burley Park train station and provides secure off-street parking for up to 12 vehicles, with additional on-street parking also available.

Yes. The venue does not have kitchen facilities, so outside catering must be self-sufficient, such as a food van or stall. The venue also has a good-sized private car park and outside space.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
