Dock Street Studio is a fully equipped photography, film and podcast studio on the cobbles of Dock Street in central Leeds — ten minutes’ walk from Leeds station, with secure on-site parking and loading.
We’re the team formerly known as Aire Street Studio: same owner, same kit, a new home since 2024. The studio is run by commercial photographer Mark Wheelwright, who brings 18+ years’ experience and 900+ projects for brands across Leeds and West Yorkshire.
Hire the space for photoshoots, filming, green-screen work, podcasts, interviews, castings and small workshops. Professional lighting, backdrops and grip are included in every booking, and there’s always someone on hand who knows the kit.

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
