Turn up, plug in and shoot. Dock Street Studio is a fully equipped photo, film and podcast studio in central Leeds — ten minutes’ walk from Leeds station, five from the bus station, with secure on-site parking and loading.
Everything you need is included in the hire fee, with nothing added at the end:
• 450+ sq ft shooting space with 10 ft ceilings, optional daylight and full blackout
• 2.7m Colorama backdrop system — black, white and green screen always rigged, more colours on request
• Elinchrom and Godox strobes, continuous lighting and 15+ modifiers, from beauty dishes to 135cm deep octas
• Avenger C-stands, booms, V-flats and diffusion frames
• Two movable sets in a space wired for sound — ready for podcasts, interviews and live-lounge sessions
• Client lounge, lit makeup mirror and an edit desk with a large screen for tethered shooting
• Wi-Fi, kitchen, and tea, coffee and cold drinks on the house for the whole crew
Ideal for headshots and portraits, fashion and e-commerce, product photography, brand content days, video and green-screen shoots, podcasts, interviews, castings and small workshops.
The studio is on the first floor of a listed building with lift access. It is wheelchair accessible, with a disabled parking bay on site.
