Absolutely fantastic. Lovely team who organised everything perfectly - our customers had a brilliant day
The location is very close to train station and was easy to find. The room was beautifully decorated. The catering was great, everything was prepared fresh, good selection and very good value
When we arrived receptionist said that there was some construction maintenance work going on and we were notified about it. However no emails or phone calls was made to me. We tried to connect to big screen and it took us ages. The receptionist could not really help as she was not very tech savvy. In the end we identified that the problem was with faulty HDMI cable. The noise level was unbearable. We were offered an alternative room near by which we accepted. however this created last minute change of plans as we were waiting for 4 clients to join and could not notify them in such short notice. Overall it was unnecessary stressful experience especially when you are hosting a high end customer meeting!
