It was a great venue and the staff were really helpful.
We weren't informed that the lift was broken and we had someone with access needs attending who had to struggle down the stairs. It just would've been good if we had been told so we could've made people aware. But other than that it was great!

Friendly staff, good sized room, and location close to Leeds station/central. Refreshments good. Excellent sized screen, and team flexed to meet our needs - e.g. late ask for flipchart, and reduction in numbers coming
Not a major thing, but having the flipchart set up for when I arrived would have helped, so I had a little more time to prep ahead of the meeting starting
