Location and parking
The room wasn’t set up when we arrived. The lad working didn’t have a clue we was coming. The projector didn’t work and connect to laptop. If it was working was still bad because the screen photos posted are extremely misleading and it’s very small.
Because the screen didn’t work it ruined the event. The price was too good to be true and unfortunately we will never return again.
Directions to the room wasn’t awful . No signs or direction. Very disappointed

Event organisers were very accommodating and easy to work with
Staff didn’t seem to know about the welcome cocktails, and the microphone for karaoke had to be delivered separately which took quite a long time.
