Négociant Urban Winery founded in 2015 in the heart of North Park’s Boulevard District moved to Hillcrest’s Uptown District on December 1, 2021.
Négociant joins the rapid influx of businesses and residential developments bursting into the “Uptown Hillcrest” neighborhood. The neighborhood is becoming a walking community to fit the lifestyles of those living in the area.
