The Bruery began with founder Patrick Rue experimenting with beer in his kitchen, driven by curiosity and a genuine interest in exploring what beer could be. That passion eventually grew into a brewery, bringing together a team of skilled brewers and leading Patrick to earn the title of Master Cicerone.
Today, The Bruery is shaped by a team with backgrounds ranging from craft brewing to California winemaking. Each person brings their own experience and perspective, contributing to the ideas, techniques and care that go into every beer produced by The Bruery.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.
