The Barrel House is a tucked-away 1,100-square-foot event space full of character. Surrounded by authentic oak barrels, the room combines its brewing heritage with modern facilities, including a private bar, private bathrooms and audio-visual equipment.
The space can host up to 100 guests and is suited to weddings, anniversary celebrations, corporate meetings and private parties. With exclusive use of the room, guests can enjoy a more private setting for their event.
Prices
Hourly Rate: $500 per hour
Minimum Rental: 3-hour minimum required per event
What’s Included: Your hourly rental includes exclusive access to the 1,100-square-foot indoor space, private bar, private bathrooms, and our state-of-the-art audio/visual setup.
Deposit & Payment Terms
Securing Your Date: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to officially reserve the Barrel House for your requested date and time.
Final Balance: The remaining balance, along with any add-on costs (such as bar packages, staff fees, or outside liquor permit charges), will be due 14 days prior to your event.

Host rules
Alcohol & Beverage: No outside alcohol or illegal substances are permitted on the premises. All alcohol must be provided and served by our licensed staff.
Smoking & Vaping: The Barrel House is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping indoor facility. Designated outdoor areas must be used.
Code of Conduct: We expect all hosts, guests, and outside vendors to treat our staff, the historic space, and other patrons with respect. Disrespectful, abusive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
Decorations & Signage: To preserve our historic oak barrels and walls, no decorations may be taped, nailed, stapled, or pinned to any venue surface. Glitter, confetti, and open-flame candles are strictly prohibited.
Capacity Limits: For safety compliance, guest counts must not exceed the maximum room capacity of 100 people.
Setup & Teardown Time: Access to the space is limited to the contracted hours. All setup and vendor load-in must happen within the agreed-upon timeframe, and all personal belongings must be removed immediately following the event.
Damages & Liability: The event host assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the venue, barrels, furniture, or equipment by their guests or hired vendors.
Noise & Entertainment: While we encourage a great party, volume levels for live music or DJs must comply with venue management limits to respect neighboring spaces.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
