270Ëš Studios is a multi-functional space located in the industrial area of Atwater Village, on the border of Glendale. We're a stone's throw from Cinelease and the Golden Road Brew Pub. This unassuming spot was once a train depot of sorts - the remaining tracks in the back prove it - and now, after a significant amount of applied elbow grease, it's been revitalized and repurposed as part production studio, part woodworking studio, all creative space.
Our studio is made up of three areas:
BACK/MAIN STUDIO (800sf)
The main photo studio, meeting/workspace, and bathroom. The studio includes all furniture, lights and equipment listed/pictured. Also included: large plain white wall, a gritty gray textured wall, a color burst mural wall, and vanity area. This section also features a quiet split unit air conditioner with remote control access.
WORKSHOP (800sf)
Actual working woodshop (cleaned up and never in use during a rental). The tools will be partitioned off during your booking, but the open area as pictured, is available for your use. This section includes the refrigerator, water cooler, coffee station, and second sink. Ideal for crafty, video village, and equipment area.
FRONT LOUNGE / STAGING AREA (400sf)
Entryway, Loading Area. Lots of natural light for photo shoots and great for lounging, staging, or airy break area. If you opt to shoot any video in this front room during a weekday, know that you may have to contend with noise from neighboring businesses.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
