About this space
The venue is an open-plan studio with white-painted walls and neutral flooring that provides a clean, minimal background for production. Large windows supply soft natural daylight tempered by sheer curtains for basic light control.
Room features: On-site rollable backdrops including a greenscreen are supplied alongside photo stands and kit supports. The studio provides Wi-Fi, air conditioning and storage to support extended shoots.
Best for: Portrait and product photography, e-commerce shoots and small-scale video or content production.

GENERAL:
Furniture may be moved, but please put everything you use back in (generally) the same place you found it upon arrival. Please do not break down any of our equipment that you may have used
Setup and Breakdown is part of your rental period, please do not arrive more than a few minutes early and do not wait until your rental period is over to start cleaning up. You will be charged accordingly if your rental period begins more than a few minutes earlier or ends later than you've booked.
We ask that all trash be placed in the provided trash can or removed if it exceeds the capacity of that trash can. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals brought in.
PARKING:
Please move your car from the alley after unloading so you are not in the way of neighboring businesses. Our neighbors will report to us if there are any issues.
USE OF COMMON AREAS:
You must let us know prior to booking if you plan on using the alley during your rental so we can clear it with neighboring businesses. If you fail to do so, know that the alley area is not guaranteed to be available.
SMOKING:
There is no smoking inside or outside the building. Fog machines are allowed.
FOOD:
Outside catering is allowed. We ask that you do not enter partitioned areas, but all open areas are available to you, including a small refrigerator, water cooler, coffee maker. Please use coasters under cold drinks.
OFF-LIMITS:
Tools in the shop are entirely off-limits. You are welcome to use the shop area, tables, chairs, etc, but no tools should be removed or used without express permission. We provide our phone numbers and are on-call during your rental for assistance or to answer any questions.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
Exterior security cameras are located at the outdoor entrance and on the back deck. Indoor security cameras are located in the front lounge, woodshop, and back studio. Footage is reviewed to verify out-time and if damage is found or gross misuse is suspected.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
