- Please park in the designated parking spots marked out in red. Only park in front of the home when unloading. No driving on the grass or off-road beyond the circle driveway. Please move your vehicle after EV charging.
- Your personalized front door lockbox code will be given to you before check-in.
- No smoking or vaping indoors.
- To gain access to the yard games, you will be given a code to the nearby storage sheds. Place all items back where they were.
- To gain access to the basketball and the pickleball items, you will be given the lock code to the storage shed that is located near the court area. Place all items back where they were.
- Please do not take the AC below 68 because it may cause the AC to freeze and shut down.
- You can enjoy your music from your phone by connecting to our portable speaker that is provided via Bluetooth. Please make sure the music is not spilling over to the outside or causing a noise disturbance!
- Our neighbors are sensitive to loud noise, and we like to be good neighbors, so please limit outside noise from 10 pm-7 am. If we get complaints or calls, we will communicate this with you.
