About this space
Unwind is a spacious Gazebo of 400 sq ft with a covered roof and open walls and circular arches around it. Unwind has a pond in its backdrop on one side which gives a spectacular view for pictures. And on the other side, it has a fireplace which can be considered as another backdrop.
Unwind is ideal for micro weddings, ceremonies, birthday parties, and small gatherings. It can accommodate up to 50 guests. It has a sound system that can be connected via mobile Bluetooth, granite countertops on both sides of the fireplace, adequate lighting for night parties, ceiling fan if it gets too hot in summer.
Get your fishing gear and go fishing in the pond, there are all sizes of fish that you can catch and then let go. Relax by the gazebo as you enjoy fishing. Bring your grills, cook food, and enjoy with your family.

Host rules
1. No Smoking in venue spaces or at the house. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
2. Outdoor music should be only lite music and should end by 9 pm.
3. Indoor music can be amplified only up to the 80-decibel limit. Venue Staff or Security has the right to ask to turn down the volume if it's causing disturbance to neighbors.
4. Subwoofers are strictly NOT allowed. DJs need to be informed.
5. If alcohol is being served during the event Security personnel need to be onsite mandatorily. The client has to hire the security from Venue's preferred vendors list. Alcohol serving should end by 11 pm max.
6. Fireworks will need to be prior approved and need to be done only by venue-approved vendors.
7. Parking needs to be done only in the designated parking area. Vehicles cannot get onto any of the lawn areas.
8. Event end time is 11:59pm max. Any additional hours should be preapproved.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
