The Avenue is a private outdoor space at The Dream Ranch defined by a long, linear lawn that forms a formal outdoor avenue.
Design: The space has a rural, ranch character: a broad, level expanse of turf framed by mature trees and simple timber structures, under open sky and arranged to create clear, symmetrical sightlines.
Features: The Avenue has permanent low wooden benches and additional freestanding stump stools set either side of a central compacted path that functions as an aisle. The area has a level turf surface, a step-free guest entrance and wheelchair access. The venue allows own music and provides online appointment booking alongside onsite services.

Host rules
1. No Smoking in venue spaces or at the house. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
2. Outdoor music should be only lite music and should end by 9 pm.
3. Indoor music can be amplified only up to the 80-decibel limit. Venue Staff or Security has the right to ask to turn down the volume if it's causing disturbance to neighbors.
4. Subwoofers are strictly NOT allowed. DJs need to be informed.
5. If alcohol is being served during the event Security personnel need to be onsite mandatorily. The client has to hire the security from Venue's preferred vendors list. Alcohol serving should end by 11 pm max.
6. Fireworks will need to be prior approved and need to be done only by venue-approved vendors.
7. Parking needs to be done only in the designated parking area. Vehicles cannot get onto any of the lawn areas.
8. Event end time is 11:59pm max. Any additional hours should be preapproved.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
