FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY:
Outside food and catering are permitted.
No outside alcohol is allowed.
Alcohol available for purchase includes beer, wine, seltzer, and wine-ritas only.
No liquor is served.
Alcohol prices range from $7–$9 per glass.
Bottled water & canned sodas are $2 each.
All guests consuming alcohol must be 21 years or older with valid ID available upon request.
HOUSE RULES:
No smoking is permitted inside the building.
Outside catering is allowed; outside alcohol is prohibited.
All events must conclude by midnight.
All ages are welcome; alcohol consumption is restricted to guests 21+.
Client and guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
SETUP & TAKEDOWN:
Clients may bring their own décor or decorator.
All decorations, equipment, and personal items must be removed at the conclusion of the event.
Setup and takedown time must be included in the total rental time reserved. Example: 6-hour reservation = 1 hour setup + 4-hour event + 1 hour takedown.
No nails, screws, or adhesives may be used on walls, floors, or fixtures.
Glitter, confetti, and confetti-filled balloons are not permitted.
Any additional cleaning required due to prohibited décor may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day
