Venture X Outdoor Lounge is great for an outdoor reception, birthday party, bridal shower, baby shower, special occasions, and much more. The Outdoor Lounge can only be reserved as an add-on to a booking for the interior Event Lounge located only a few steps away. Flexible with different options for set up.
This space is available for rental after 6pm Monday-Friday and on weekends.
Venture X Event Lounge has to be booked in conjunction with this space.

We hope you enjoy the Conference Rooms and Event Spaces at Venture X. We strive to
make the facility the best place for everyone. To make this possible, we ask that you read the
key points from our “Terms of Use” and follow our very simple, ethical, and common
standards.
- Place rinse out all dishes left in sink. Venture X staff will load/run the dishwasher throughout the day.
- Visiting children must be mannerly and always accompanied by an adult.
- Do not solicit other members or guests.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the building or on the property. This includes the parking areas.
- Venture X hosts events for Members. Please note that during some of these events we will serve alcoholic beverages. It is at the discretion of the member to know their company policies regarding consumption of alcohol while on the premises.
- We ask that all member dress in workplace appropriate clothing.
- Please do not take phone calls in the hallways we have phone booths available if needed.
Respect: Venture X members must be highly respectful of their other Venture Xer’s. We are a professional workspace, where many companies are developing private and secure work. In order to keep the culture trustworthy, we ask that if you see someone’s monitor, white/black board drawings, or copies to keep it to yourself, and erase it from memory. Follow the simple golden rule.
Volume Control: At Venture X you are welcome to use your phone at your desk, however we have provided with alternative areas for more privacy. These areas include, but not limited to, the phone booth couches, the outside seating area, as well as the conference rooms.
Pets: We love our furry friends too, but please keep them at home. Due to allergies and other liability issues, we ask that you do not bring them to Venture X.
Liability: Every person who uses Venture X Services and comes on the Venture X premises is liable for his or her own belongings, actions, and materials.

Venture X Arlington - Courthouse Metro is a modern flexible office space offering its members a secure, shared, flexible workspace with a community of like-minded business professionals. Our offices are private, quiet and we have world-class dedicated IT for our members. Our members include government agencies, entrepreneurs, established businesses and startups, and small- to medium-sized businesses. We can host events up to 100 people and also have a dedicated conferencing facility with full catering ability on site. Gym, bicycle parking, Onsite parking all available. Minutes to downtown D.C., the Pentagon, Amazon, Microsoft and within walking distance of the metro, restaurants, bars, gyms, boutiques and the Arlington Courthouse. The modern designed space has high exposed ceilings with an industrial loft design, and floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a large lounge area that hosts events for up to 100 guests and a café. The offices offer privacy through frosted windows and was designed for more security conscious customers in mind (both the IT systems and the physical spaces). The offices are quiet, spacious with more square foot per person than any other flexible office space in the market. It is equipped with hi-tech meeting rooms, high speed fiber internet with dedicated LAN's available and more.
