Coworking building with Outdoor patio space that can hold up to 150 people. Beautiful outdoor space with seating and fire pits for use. Connected by two garage doors to an indoor cafe space that is included in the rental. Cafe includes ice maker, industrial dishwasher, two refrigerators and bar for setup and prep.
