Host rules
- Leave it as you found it — we clean daily, but don’t ghost us with your mess.
- Return props and furniture to their original spots.
- Trash goes in the bins; large packaging can go in hallway receptacles.
- Your booking time includes setup and breakdown — plan accordingly.
- Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments and depends on availability.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes early may interfere with prior sessions.
- No smoking, vaping, or flames inside the studio or stairwell.
- No glitter, confetti, or powder — we’re bold, not messy.
- No alcohol after 8 PM unless pre-approved.
- No pets unless part of your production and cleared in advance.
- The space is sound-treated, not soundproof — please keep loud playback respectful.
- Let us know in advance if you're using amps, instruments, or music.
- Don’t move wired gear without asking — we’ll help reposition anything you need.
- Extension cords and surge protectors are available.
- Circuit resets can only be handled by on-site staff.
- Maximum 8 people per booking unless cleared ahead of time.
- A studio assistant is always on-site to help with tech, gear, and questions.
- Extra crew, photographers, or producers must be included in the guest count.
- Treat the space, gear, and team with respect — it keeps everything working for the next loudmouth.
- You’re responsible for any major damages or unapproved overtime.
- Be cool. Be creative. Don’t be that guest.
