Rules of the space

Host rules

Venue Access: Access to the venue is strictly limited to the time of your confirmed reservation. This includes all setup and breakdown activities, which must occur within the reserved time frame.
Smoking/Flames: No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the building. No incense or open flames of any sort.
Food & Drinks: The Renter may have outside catering/food and drinks in the venue. Cooking or grilling is not permitted inside or outside the studio.
Speaker: The studio speaker system will be available for the event day.
Sound Levels and Use of Outside DJ: The Renter agrees that if an outside DJ is brought in for the event, the DJ must ensure that bass levels are kept at a moderate volume.
Props/Decors: Props and decorations need to be constructed in such a way that they can cause no damage to the walls, furniture or dance floor. The renter is responsible for ensuring that any tape or adhesive used is safe for removal and leaves no residue. All props must have felt padding on any part that rests on the floor or rolling wheels. No nails, tacks, and staples to walls or ceilings. Any damage caused by improper use of tape or decorations will result in additional charges for repair or cleaning.
Storage: Renters may never leave any equipment, props/decors or personal belongings anywhere in the studio, hallway, bathroom, or back rooms outside of the duration of their rental agreement.
Security: The renter assumes responsibility for the security of the space during the event period. Renters are required to return the space to a secure state upon leaving by locking all doors.
Mirrors: The studio mirrors on wheels, being of extremely delicate material, the Renter and their guests are urged to never touch any part of them.
Damage: Each renter will assume full responsibility for any damage caused to any part of the entryway, studio, back rooms, bathroom, speaker equipment, floors, windows, mirrors, walls, ceilings, mirrors, bar area, etc.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
