General Guidelines:
Guest Count: The maximum number of guests permitted on the property at any time is 30. Please ensure your guest list does not exceed this limit.
Event Hours: Please ensure all guests and vendors depart the property by the agreed-upon end time.
Supervision: The renter is responsible for the conduct and safety of all guests and vendors during the event.
Weather: This is an outdoor venue. Please have contingency plans in place for inclement weather. We do not have covered areas available; however, you can erect tents or other portable shelters with management approval.
Respect for Neighbors: Please be mindful of our neighbors. Keep noise levels at a reasonable volume.
Beach Rules: Beach rules and regulations are set, managed, and enforced by the City of Treasure Island. Island Time takes no responsibility for the Guests' actions while enjoying the beach; however, please note that if the Guests are deemed to have created issues with local law enforcement officers on the beach or the property, it can be the basis for booking termination.
Cleanliness: Please leave the venue in the same condition as you found it. This includes properly disposing of all trash and recyclables in the designated bins. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning is required.
Amplified Music: Amplified music is permitted until 10 pm. Please keep volume levels respectful.
Food & Beverage: You can bring food and beverages, and outside catering and/or food trucks are permitted.
Smoking: Smoking is permitted on the property. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your booking without refund.
Damages: The renter is responsible for any damages to the property caused by their guests or vendors.
Please inform us of any special requests or needs in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

When you book our unique and creative version of Island Time, you will experience personal service, a fabulous beach escape and a versatile poolside venue to create unmatched gatherings of all types, sizes and tastes.
Over the last 30 years, we have hosted and managed every type of function from weddings and receptions, birthday parties, corporate gatherings, reunions, retreats, photo shoots, video productions and so much more via the vacation rental platforms. We now open our beachside family compound to local groups and gatherings on Swimply - the next level of event evolution with Island Time experiences unmatched on the Gulf Coast.
